As it turns out she's a he. So his name is now Sal. When we first got him we weren't sure what he was cause he was so little, so I got some books on kittens with pictures and we all (my whole family) tried to see what he was. No luck. So we changed our minds a bunch of times and his name went from Sally to Wilbur to Sally again. Later on we would try to see but he is so furry that you still couldn't see anything. So then when Zach called the vet to make the appointment he told them that we weren't really sure if he was a boy or a girl. So they said that his testicles would have dropped by now and we should be able to tell. Sure enough - there they were...<br />So the surgery went really well and he's home recovering. He's pretty much back to normal already. We are still trying to find a home for him but decided that it was our responibility to get him fixed and vaccinated. So he's now ready to go...if anyone's interesed.<br />We saw Matt yesterday and since he already has a place lined up we tried to talk him into taking Sal but he's allergic so that probably wouldn't work. Maybe he can just take Claritan everyday???<br /> So it's nice to have Matt home again and Dane gets home today sometime and SarahJane gets home in April. Everyone will be here again...it's kinda weird!<br />Hopefully they will all still be around when the baby's born. It'd be nice to have all my friends close by.<br /> I've applied for a census job with the government for the May census and have to go write a test on Monday morning. Hopefully I pass that and everything else and get the job. It's only temporary but would really help out. I'm hoping that I might make enough for us to get a new furnace...we'll see. If not at least we'll be able to pay off some bills.
